If the item is not delivered or arrives in a damaged or otherwise defective state, please contact us within 10 days to submit a claim . Ustakeme may require pictures or video of defective/damaged items to issue a full refund. please allow 3–5 business days for the request to be completed.

If you don’t need our products for the time being, you can still apply for a return. please contact us within 30 days to submit Refund Request When you receive the product,But please make sure it has not been used and damaged .
Items returned must be in their original packaging or acceptable packaging, along with all accessories in the original shipment.And You need to pay the returned shipping cost .

Once the item is received at our warehouse center, it takes 2 ~3 business days for the refund to be processed
